摘　　要：分析了直槽丝锥、螺旋槽丝锥、螺尖丝锥以及挤压丝锥的工作原理与结构特点,通过选择合适的丝锥、合理的攻丝钻头直径,并采用合理的攻丝操作方法,完全解决了紫铜零件小尺寸螺纹孔的加工工艺问题。This paper analyzes the work principle and structural characteristics of the straight groove tap,spiral flute tap, spiral point taps,and extrusion tap. The appropriate lap,reasonable tapping operation method and rational tapping drill diameter are applied to completely solve the processing problem of small size threaded holes of copper parts.
