摘  要:提出了一种解析方法用于研究带有刀尖圆弧过渡刃的非自由车削过程。把外圆车刀的切削刃划分成许多段小的直切削刃,每个离散刃可用斜角切削理论进行建模,它们的切削参数可通过坐标系旋转关系得到。假设每个离散切屑受侧向约束力的强制作用而流向同一方向,根据受力平衡方程,可以得到每个离散切屑上的切削力和主切削刃的流屑角。计算外圆车削的切削力是通过对所有离散切屑所受的切削力进行累加求和。最后,用不同刀尖圆弧半径的车刀对304不锈钢进行了外圆车削实验,测量的车削力与提出模型预测的结果是比较一致的。This paper is related to analytically modelling of the non-free turning with nose radium tools. The cutting edge is divided into many small straight cutting edges which can be considered as oblique cutting process. The cutting parameters of every discrete edge are obtained using the coordinate system rotation method. It is assumed that all divided chips suffering the constraint forces from the adjacent ones are enforced to flow into the same direction. Based on the force balance,cutting forces of every divided chip and chip flow angle of main cutting edge are obtained. The cutting forces of cylindrical turning are calculated through summing the forces of all divided chips. At last,the predicted result of the turning force affected by the nose radius is consistent with the measured result in turning process of 304 stainless steel.
