摘 要:随着免疫学的发展,生物芯片技术作为一种新的高效的实验手段,也迅速发展起来。以蛋白质为研究对象的蛋白质组学结合生物芯片技术理念,迅速发展了蛋白质芯片(protein chip)技术。目前蛋白质芯片的研究和开发已成为热门领域。蛋白质芯片技术的研究为疾病诊断治疗、药物筛选、蛋白质组学研究、食品卫生监督、环境检测、司法鉴定等众多领域带来巨大的革命性改变。其中在揭示肿瘤的发病规律、寻找肿瘤标志物、肿瘤的早期诊断及抗肿瘤药物的研发等方面具有积极的推动作用。蛋白质芯片技术的不断完善和发展,必将有力推动肿瘤研究创新发展。With the development of immunology,biological chip technology as a new and efficient means of experiment,developed rapidly,with protein as the research object of proteomics biochip technology concept, rapidly developed with high flux, miniaturization, automation and high parallelism of proteomic detection technology,The current research and development of protein chip has become a hot area of research. The protein chip technology in the research for disease diagnosis and treatment,drug screening,proteomics research,food hygiene supervision,environmental testing,judicial appraisal,and many other fields bring great innovation. In tumor pathogenesis regularity,looking for the early diagnosis of tumor markers,tumor and anti-tumor drugs research and development of a positive role in promoting. But at present,the development of the protein chip technology still faces many challenges,with the constant improvement of protein chip technology and the development,will greatly promote the development in the field of cancer research. In this paper, the important category of biochip technology-protein chip technology in the application and progress in the study of tumor.
