金融开放与中国经济结构转型——基于Pugno修正模型的实证研究

摘　　要：本文在研究金融开放影响经济结构转型机理的基础上,以1979-2014年中国统计年鉴数据实证研究了中国金融开放与中国经济结构转型的关系。本文采用Pugno修正模型研究发现,我国目前处于服务经济发展期,提高金融开放程度将加速我国经济结构转型,且其边际效用递增;影响经济结构转型的因素主要包括金融业开放度、金融业增长率、金融业技术投入量、社会就业总量、金融资产收入弹性、金融业替代弹性。采用ADL模型的实证检验发现,金融业开放在滞后三期时对我国经济结构转型产生积极影响;金融业增长率在滞后两期时对经济结构转型产生积极影响;金融资产收益弹性当期对经济结构转型产生消极影响;金融业技术投入量当期对经济结构转型产生积极影响,但影响较小。The paper mainly analyses the mechanism that produces the impact of financial openness on economic structure transformation in China. It finds out the mechanism of the financial openness affecting economic structure transformation by Pugno modified model from the theoretical point. It figures out that the influence factor of financial industry on structure transformation is the degree of financial openness, RD in financial industry, employment rate, financial assets＇ income elasticity, financial industry substitute rate and the financial industry growth rate. The estimate from ADL is that the degree of financial openness has positive effect on the economic structure transformation in China at the third period, the financial growth rate has positive effect on it at the second period and the financial RD has minimal positive effect at the first period.
