地方高校艺术类青年教师培养途径探析

摘　　要：青年教师是未来地方高校教师的中坚力量,加强艺术类青年教师的培养已成为地方高校师资队伍建设的重要课题。本文从地方高校艺术类青年教师培养的必要性入手,解析当前艺术类青年教师的主要特点,探讨艺术类青年教师的培养途径和保障措施,提出了逐步构建合理的地方高校艺术类师资梯队,实现青年教师和地方高校的可持续发展。The young teachers are the major power in the future education in local colleges and universities. It has become an important topic of the teacher team＇s construction in local colleges and university to strengthen the cultivation of the young art teachers. Starting with the necessity of training of young teachers in local colleges, this article analyses the main characteristics of the current young art teachers and discusses the ways of their cultivation and safeguard measures. Proposing build reasonable art teachers echelons for the local colleges and universities gradually, to realize the sustainable development for young teachers and local colleges and universities.
