摘　　要：RASSF2是肿瘤抑制蛋白家族（rasassociationdomainfamily，RASSF）中的一员，它在肿瘤形成过程中发挥着肿瘤抑制的作用。在多种人类肿瘤中，通常由于础s5砣基因的启动子甲基化而导致RASSF2蛋白的表达下调或缺失，从而使其丧失或降低肿瘤抑制的活性。文章主要阐述了在人类肿瘤中RASSF2通过调控不同信号通路发挥其肿瘤抑制的功能。肿瘤抑制基因础髂砣与肿瘤发生发展中的具体作用及调控机理研究，对于肿瘤的及时诊断和治疗具有重要的意义。RASSF2, one of the members of Ras association domain family （ RASSF）, plays animportant role in tumor suppression. The expression of RASSF2 is usually down-regulated or absent due to the methylation of the promoter of RASSF2 in many human tumors, leading to the lost or re-duced tumor suppressive activity of RASSF2. This article elucidates that RASSF2 exerts its tumor suppressive role by regulating different signaling pathways in human tumors. It is of great significanceto research the specific function and regulation mechanism of RASSF2 in tumorigenesis for early di- agnosis and treatment of tumors.
