大型公立医院创建社区标本检测中心的探析

摘　　要：随着政策和市场环境的成熟和完善,第三方检测机构模式的认同,大型公立医院发挥自身医疗资源优势成立社区标本临床检测中心已具备可行性,这种措施使社区卫生服务机构与医院之间真正做到检验报告一单通、检验结果同城互认。居民可在当地社区卫生服务机构就近检测,极大地方便社区群众。对于整合医疗资源,提升社区医疗水平以及方便人民群众具有重要意义,值得推广。With the maturity and perfection of policy and market environment, and with the identity of the Third-party Laboratory, it is feasible for the large public hospital to set up a clinic test center for community, which can make the testing results identiifed each other between community health services and hospitals. Residents can be detected in the local community health service agencies, which greatly facilitate the community. For the integration of medical resources, it is of great signiifcance to improve the level of community health and facilitate the people, which is worth promoting.
