摘  要:通过立式磨浆机(PFI)对废弃聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纺织品进行打浆处理,并以所获得回收PET短纤维作为增强材料,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)作为增容剂,采用熔融共混及注射成型法制备了纤维增强型高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料。探讨了PET纤维的回收工艺,表征了复合材料的力学性能,并分别通过扫描电镜观测(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)等方法研究了基体中纤维添加量对材料界面形貌、结晶性能及热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料中的PET纤维能够均匀地分散开来,并且材料的拉伸、冲击、弯曲等性能均随着基体中纤维量的增加而明显增强,结晶度和结晶速率也相应地升高了,而热稳定性能基本保持不变。Recycled poly( ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fibers were successfully obtained from waste with the resultant recycled PET fibers as reinforcer and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (PE-g-MAH) as compatibilizer were manufactured by melting blend and injection molding. The mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by mechanical property test. The crystallinity and thermal stability were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and their microstructures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the recycled PET fibers dispersed well in HDPE matrix, and tensile, flexural and impact properties of the composites were improved by increasing the recycled PET fibers loadings increased accordingly, while the thermal stability Additionally, the crystallinity degree and crystallizing rate remained largely unchanged.
