摘 要:利用Moldflow软件对塑件进行模拟分析,研究了注射成型工艺参数对塑料件产品的收缩率、残余应力和翘曲量的影响。结果表明,在模拟实验所选成型工艺参数范围内,模具温度和熔体温度对塑件的收缩率影响较为复杂,没有明显规律,保压压力和保压时间的增加则收缩率相应减小;翘曲量随着模具温度的增加而增加,随着熔体温度、保压压力和保压时间的增加而减小;残余应力则随着模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力和保压时间的增加都相应有所减小。Effects of injection process parameters on the shrinkage, residual stress and warpage of plastic parts were researched by using Moldflow software. The results showed that within the process parameters for the simulation experiment, the influence of mold and melt temperature on the shrinkage were complex and no obvious rules, while the shrinkage decreased with the increase of the packing pressure and time. The warpage increased with the increase of the mold temperature, and it decreased with the increase of melt temperature, packing pressure and packing time. The residual stress reduced with the increase of mold and melt temperature, packing pressure and time.
