摘  要:以杨木粉为主要填充剂,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)与氧化锌(ZnO)复配物为发泡剂,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为高分子基材,采用两步模压发泡法制备了HDPE/木粉复合发泡材料。研究了不同质量分数的木粉和不同含量的AC/ZnO复配发泡剂对复合发泡材料的发泡性能、回弹性能以及吸水性能的影响。结果表明,随着木粉或者发泡剂含量的增加,复合材料的发泡性能呈现出先变强后减弱的趋势,而吸水率则持续上升,一段时间后达到一个饱和值;当木粉质量分数为30%时,复合材料的表观密度和含气率达到最大值,当AC/ZnO复配发泡剂质量分数在15%时,复合发泡材料的表观密度、回弹性能表现出最优。With poplar-wood powder as filler, the mixture of azodicarbonamide (AC) and zinc oxide (ZnO) as foaming agent and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the polymer matrix, the HDPE/poplar- wood foamed composite was prepared by two-step molded method. The effects of poplar-wood flour and foaming agent (AC/ZnO) loadings foamed composites were explored on foaming performance, rebound resilience and water absorption of the All the results suggested that: with the increase of the wood powder or foaming agent loadings, the foaming performance of the composites had a trend of strengthening first and then weakening, and the water absorption kept rising for some time until it approached a saturation value. When the poplar-wood powder loading reached 30wt%, the apparent density and void fraction of the composite reached their peak. The apparent density and the resilience of the composite obtained the best values with the content of AC/ZnO mixture of 15wt%.
