摘 要:采用不同苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物(SBC)对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)进行熔融共混改性以制备3D打印ABS功能材料。对共混物流变性能和力学性能进行测试。结果表明,ABS/SBC共混物熔体黏度明显降低,流变性能的剪切频率依赖性变弱,低频下熔体强度升高。ABS中苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)的加入使剪切温度敏感性下降,SBS、SEBS的加入使ABS韧性提高,SIS以及K树脂对ABS具有优异的流变改性作用。针对3D打印对ABS材料熔体黏度要低、流变性能对剪切频率和成型温度的依赖性要低,低频下熔体强度要高以及一定的韧性和弯曲性能等要求,四种不同苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物体现出了其各自的特点和优势。Different styrene block copolymers (SBC) were employed in the modification of acrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) by melt blending in order to prepare functional ABS materials for 3D printing. By testing the rheological and the mechanical properties of the blends, the results revealed that the melt viscosity and the dependency of rheological properties to the shear frequency of ABS/SBC blends decreased, while the melt strength increased significantly under low frequency. Adding styrene-butadiene- styrene ( SBS ), styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene ( SEBS ) and styrene-isoprene-styrene ( SIS ) to ABS, the temperature sensitivity of rheological properties to the shear frequency decreased. The toughness of the blends was improved by adding SBS/SEBS to ABS. SIS and K resin were excellent rheological modifiers. Based on requirements of low melt viscosity, weak dependence of rheological properties to shear frequency and temperature, high melt strength in low frequency, certain toughness and flexural performance is necessary for 3D printing ABS, different styrene block copolymers showed their own characteristics and advantages.
