摘  要:针对PELE弹芯侵彻过程中动态高应变率的特点,采用一维霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验技术,对弹芯材料改性尼龙1010(PA1010)工程塑料开展了常温(28℃)常湿650、1 350、2 300和3 300 s-1四个应变率条件下,高温(50℃)和低温(-40℃)2 300 s-1应变率条件下的动态压缩力学性能实验研究。研究发现,改性PA1010工程塑料存在明显的应变率效应,在应变9%,650 s-1和3 300 s-1应变率下的流变应力值比准静态条件下分别提高了68.5%和96.2%;材料应力-应变曲线有明显的温度依赖性,应变9%,应变率2 300 s-1条件下,低温处理后试样的流变应力值比常温提高了24.8%,高温处理后试样的流变应力值比常温降低了8.4%。Based on the characteristic of high dynamic strain rate during the penetration process of PELE penetrator core, split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) experimental technique was adopted to conduct dynamic compression property tests of nylon 1010 (PA1010) plastic for PELE Penetrator Core under the following conditions: normal temperature (28 ℃ ) and humidity and four strain rates of 650 s-1, 1 350 s-1. 2 300 s-L and 3 300s-1, high temperature (50 ℃ ) and low temperature (-40 ℃ ) and strain rate of 2 300 -1 s The results showed that modified PA1010 had an obvious strain rate effect, and compared to quasistatic conditions, under conditions of the strain of 9% and the strain rates of 650 s-1and 3 300 s-1, the stress values increased by 68.5% and 96. 2%, respectively. The stress-strain curve of the material had obvious temperature dependence. Compared with normal temperature, the stress value of the material increased by 24. 8% after low temperature treatment and decreased by 8.4% after high temperature treatment under the condition of thestrain of 9% and strain rate of 2 300 s-1.
