摘 要:通过添加不同固体润滑剂制备了系列固体润滑剂/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)复合材料。分别研究了固体润滑剂种类及用量对PET/PBT复合材料力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,二硫化钼(MoS2)的加入能够增加PET/PBT复合材料的拉伸强度和压缩强度,而石墨的加入降低了材料的力学性能;石墨和MoS2配合加入能够获得摩擦因数稳定,磨损量低的复合材料,当石墨添加量为4%,MoS2添加量为6%时,复合材料具有稳定的摩擦因数和较低的磨损量,摩擦因数稳定在0.15左右,2 h磨损量为18.37 mg。A Series of solid lubricant/polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) composites were prepared by adding different solid lubricants, and the influence of the type and content of solid lubricant on the mechanical and tribology properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the tensile and compression strength increased by adding molybdic sulfide (MoS2) and mechanical properties decreased by adding graphite instead. However, when MoS2 and graphite were added at the same time, the composite could get excellent friction factor and low abrasion loss. The friction factor of this composite could reach about 0.15, and the abrasion loss was about 18.37 mg in two hours test when 4% of MoS2 and 6% of graphite were added.
