摘  要:采用马来酸酐(MAH)接枝改性乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)对聚丙烯(PP)进行增韧改性,用增韧后的PP和聚乙烯(PE)采用三层共挤上吹技术制备了聚乙烯(PE)/聚丙烯(PP)/聚乙烯(PE)薄膜;探讨了不同含量的POE-g-MAH对三层共挤薄膜力学性能、流变性能、热稳定性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察其撕裂断面形态。结果表明,POE-g-MAH的加入,提高了薄膜的撕裂强度和热稳定性;PP熔体强度差的问题也得到了改善;薄膜力学性能与形态学密切相关,MPOE的加入使得吹膜材料的相容性得到更好的提高。Octane-ethylene copolymer (POE) graft maleic anhydride (POE-g-MAH) was used to toughen polypropylene (PP). The toughened PP and polyethylene (PE) were used to prepare PE/PP/PE films by using three co-extruded up-blown technique. The effects of different contents of POE-g-MAH on mechanical, rheological and thermal properties were investigated. Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the morphology of torn surface of the blends. The results indicated that, with the addition of POE-g- MAH, the tear strength and thermal stability of the blown films were enhanced. Moreover, the melt strength of PP was also improved. The mechanical properties of blown films were closely related to the morphology. POE-g-MAH could enhance the compatibility of the blown film materials.
