摘  要:为研究AP/HTPB底排推进剂在瞬态泄压条件下的燃烧失稳特性,设计并搭建了可视化半密闭燃烧模拟实验系统,捕获到瞬态泄压条件下AP/HTPB底排推进剂的持续燃烧、快速复燃、缓慢复燃和熄火4种特征燃烧行为,并获得了燃烧过程中压力和温度的变化规律.结果表明,AP/HTPB底排推进剂的燃烧行为与燃烧室泄压前最大压力、最大降压速率以及熄火前燃烧时间密切相关.泄压前最大压力越大或降压速率越小,燃烧稳定性越好;熄火前燃烧时间越长,越有利于复燃.In order to study the combustion instability of AP/HTPB (ammonium perchlorate/hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene) base bleed propellant under transient depressurization, a simulated experiment system of visible semiclosed burner was designed and established. It was observed that AP/HTPB base bleed propellant has four types of characteristic combustion behaviour under transient depressurization, i. e., continuous combustion, rapid reignition, slow reignition and extinguishment. And the changing histories of pressure and temperature in the combustion process were obtained. Results show that the combustion behaviour of AP/HTPB base bleed propellant is closely related to the maximum pressure in combustion chamber, the maximum depressurization rate and the combustion time before extinguishment. The higher the maximum pressure or the lower the depressurization rate is, the better the combustion stability will be. And a longer combustion time before extinguishment is in favor of reignition.
