摘  要:契伦科夫发光成像技术(Cerenkov luminescence imaging,CLI)可以实现核素的在体光学成像,具有灵敏度高,价格低廉和易于开展等优势。但由于契伦科夫光信号微弱,且主要集中在蓝紫光波段生物组织穿透性差等因素,造成了契伦科夫光信号难于采集。目前尚没有针对CLI的特异性成像系统。为更好地采集契伦科夫光信号,本文介绍了一套自主研发的高灵敏度CLI成像系统,该成像系统采用电子倍增耦合器件(electron multiplying charge-coupled device,EMCCD)相机耦合大光圈光学镜头作为信号采集模块,研发成像控制软件和图像融合软件以提高系统操控性和成像精度。在此基础上,通过体外实验验证了该系统可采集到1μCi的18F-FDG产生的契伦科夫光信号,显著提高了信号采集的灵敏度。在体的肿瘤成像研究进一步表明该系统在活体契伦科夫光成像的优势。Cerenkov luminescence imaging( CLI) is a highly sensitive,low cost and applicable imaging technology which allows for in vivo imaging of radionuclides. Because of the strong absorption of tissue inthe blue-violet band of light spectrum,where Cerenkov luminescence predominantly distributes,and its low-intensity,Cerenkov luminescence signal is hard to be detected. Therefore we put forward a highly sensitive CLI system,its signal acquisition module consists of a highly sensitive low-temperature electron multiplying charge-coupled device( EMCCD) camera coupled with a large aperture lens. Imaging control module and image fusion module are developed to increase the usability and accuracy of imaging. We also validated the sensitivity of the system,which acquired the Cerenkov signal emitted from as low as1 μCi18F- FDG,in addition,the experiments of tumor imaging showed that the system shows big advantage for in vivo Cerenkov luminescence imaging.
