摘  要:目的研究鹿瓜多肽/煅烧骨颗粒/壳聚糖复合材料对骨缺损修复的能力。方法建立兔双侧下颌骨缺损(10 mm×4 mm×4 mm)的实验模型,一侧为实验组充填鹿瓜多肽/煅烧骨颗粒/壳聚糖复合材料,另一侧为对照组充填煅烧骨颗粒/壳聚糖复合材料。按术后2、4、8、12 w处死白兔,取材后进行HE染色和免疫组化检测进行观察。结果随着时间的增加,实验组和对照组骨缺损区均见成骨,12 w时实验组骨缺损基本完成修复,比对照组快一些;免疫组化检测组织中BMP-2的表达情况显示实验组高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论添加了鹿瓜多肽的煅烧骨颗粒/壳聚糖复合材料能更有效地促进骨缺损的修复。Objective To study the repairing ability of the composite material of deer melon peptide/calcined bone particles/chitosan composites for bone defect. Methods To establish an experimental model of bilateral mandibular defects in rabbits( 10 mm × 4 mm × 4 mm). The one side of the experimental group was filling the deer melon peptide/calcined bone particles/chitosan composite materials. And theother side was control group with the calcined bone particles/chitosan composite materials. After the surgery,the white rabbits have been put to death in the two,four,eight,twelve weeks by group. The experimental skeleton extracted from the death rabbits examined by HE staining and Immunohistochemistry.Results With the increase of time,bone defect region appeared osteogenesis phenomenon in both experimental group and control group. The group after twelfth weeks,the repair of the bone defect of the experimental group was basically completed and it is faster than the control group. Immunohistochemical detection of the expression of BMP- 2 cases in group showed that the experimental group is higher than the control group,the differences are significant( P 0. 01). Conclutions Adding deer melon peptides to the calcined bone particles/chitosan composites can more effectively promote bone defect repair.
