摘　　要：目的回顾色素性毛表皮痣病因与发病机制、临床表现与治疗的相关文献,探讨临床治疗策略。方法对色素性毛表皮痣相关文献进行描述与总结。结果色素性毛表皮痣目前病因及发病机制尚不清楚,是一种良性皮肤错构瘤,可伴发皮肤肌肉骨骼发育异常,称为Becker痣综合征;单纯皮肤症状可尝试采用激光治疗,合并其他发育缺陷可采用手术治疗。结论色素性毛表皮痣病因及发病机制尚不清楚,激光是常用治疗单纯皮肤异常的方法。Objective The goals of this article were to review related articles on Pigmented Hairy Epidermal Nevus, to discuss the therapeutic approach.Methods Articles in the literature related to the description of Pigmented Hairy Epidermal Nevus were extracted and summarized.Results Pigmented hairy epidermal nevus is a benign cutaneous hamartoma, and its etiology and pathogenesis is not clear. The ease associated the abnormalities of Cutaneous and musculoskeletal defects, is called as Becker nevus syndrome. The simple skin symptoms can try to used laser to treat, with other developmental defects can be used surgical treatment.Conclusion The etiology and pathogenesis of Pigmented Hairy Epidermal Nevus remain obscure. Laser is the main therapeutic method.
