摘　　要：造血干细胞移植（HSCT）为治疗恶性血液病的有效手段，但移植后并发症尤其是移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）为异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）后的严重并发症之一。笔者拟就GVHD的诊断与分类、GVHD相关危险因素、预防及治疗4个方面来阐述GVHD的研究新进展。Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT） is an effective treatment for hematological malignancies. Post-transplantation complications, especially graft versus host disease （GVHD） were severe medical complications after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （allo- HSCT）. This article reviews literatures on the new advances in the diagnosis and classification of GVHD, the risk factor of GVHD, precaution and treatment of GVHD.
