摘　　要：科技创新能力已成为是衡量一个地区综合竞争力的重要尺度和标准。近年来,石家庄科技创新能力得到了较大提升,但与周边省会城市之间还存在一定的差距。为了助推科技创新发展,文章围绕石家庄市科技创新能力建设,对石家庄市创新现状进行了分析,建立科技创新指标体系,运用统计分析法测评石家庄市与周边省会城市科技创新能力并进行排名,并深入挖掘科技创新中存在的不足,提出了提高石家庄市创新能力的几点建议。Science and technology＇s innovation capacity has become a measure of the competitiveness of a region is important dimension and standard.In recent years, the rapid development of science and technology in shijiazhuang has got up scientific and technological innovation ability, but there is gap between with neighboring capital cities.To promote technology innovation and development, around science and technology innovation ability construction of shijiazhuang city, this paper analyses the present situation of shijiazhuang innovation , to evaluate the capital of shijiazhuang city and the surrounding city science and technology innovation ability, establishes an index system of science and technology innovation, use statistical analysis method and ranks , and ifnd the deep reasons of the lack of science and technology＆#39;s Innovation Capacity, put forward some Suggestions to improve the innovative capability of shijiazhuang city.
