大自重玻璃天窗开合屋盖结构关键问题研究

摘　　要：开合屋盖是一种能适应各类天气状况的新型建筑形式,在大型体育馆、多用途体育场中得到了广泛应用,这类开合屋盖结构的屋面材料大多采用薄膜或轻质材料,而近年随着商业建筑的进一步发展,玻璃天窗开合屋盖结构的需求也日渐增多,由于其屋面具有大面积、大自重的特点,且开合过程中有全开、全闭、半开启和运动状态等多种运行状态,所以在建筑功能、结构设计和机械控制等方面都不同于常规结构。本文结合贵阳西南国际商贸城一期工程玻璃天窗开合屋盖的设计实例,简要介绍了该工程的概况、背景及其结构形式,阐述了该工程大自重玻璃天窗开合屋盖结构在开启方式的选取、驱动设备和控制系统的设计、单独分析与协同分析和特殊情况下的安全措施等关键问题,对在建及拟建的大自重玻璃天窗开合屋盖结构有一定的借鉴价值和指导意义。Retractable roof structure is a new type of architectural form,which can adapt well to all kinds of weather. Retractable roof structures have been widely used in building engineering,especially in the field of large-sized gymnasium and multipurpose sport centers,which are mostly covered by thin film or light material. With the development of commercial building,retractable roof structures with heavy deadweight glass skylight are being used more and more frequently. This retractable roof structure is different from usual structures in terms of building function,structure design and mechanical control,because the roofing material is large and heavy,and the structure＇s motor process consist of full open,full closed,half open and moving. This paper introduced the general situation,background and structure type of the first-stage project of Guiyang southeast international shopping mall,and stated some key issues,which is valuable and instructive for projects under construction or proposed buildings.
