北部湾涠洲岛水问题与水战略研究

摘　　要：在调查评价涠洲岛水资源状况的基础上,分析海岛水资源保护与利用现状存在的主要问题,采用数值模拟方法,经水资源供需分析,提出水资源合理配置方案,规划近期开展涠洲水库综合治理,以达到供水水源水质要求,逐步形成以地表水为主、地下水和中水作为补充的供水格局,从根本上扭转现状以地下水为唯一水源的局面。提出包括水源工程、供水工程、水资源保护与水生态修复工程、信息化建设工程共四类项目的水安全保障措施,为海岛持续发展提供决策参考。Based on the investigation and assessment of water situation of the Weizhou Island, key problems of water resources protection and utilization is analyzed. Through numerical simulation and supply and demand analysis of water resources, rational planning and allocation of water resources and water security measures are produced as decision-making supports for the sustainable development of the island. Water security precautions of four types of projects are proposed, including water source project, water supply project, water resources protection and water ecological restoration project, and information construction project, to provide decision reference for sustainable development of the island.
