摘　　要：大数据时代政府信息开放已经成为一种责任和权利。阐述了政府信息开放的价值,分析了国内政府信息公开存在的主要问题,探讨了完善政府信息公开的策略。The government information open has become a liability and right in the age of big data. This paper expounds the value of government information open, analyzes the main problems existing in China＇s government information open, and probes into some strategies for improving the government information open.
