摘　　要：村镇基础设施产品专项标准体系是村镇建设标准体系中的重要组成部分,目标是为指导村镇基础设施产品标准的编制与发展、引导规范村镇基础设施产品的研发和生产。文章分析对比了国内外村镇基础设施产品标准、城乡产品标准及关键技术标准的适用性,研究确定了标准项目的生成技术(内容识别、范围界定技术、特征属性确定方法)和重要度分级方法,以此构建了村镇基础设施产品标准体系的层级划分方式、体系结构及产品标准的编制方向和适用范围。Village infrastructure product standards are important part of rural construction standard system, the goal is to guide the village infrastructure preparation and development of product standards, guide and standardize the village infrastructure product development and production. This paper analyzes the domestic and international comparative standards towns infrastructure products, comparative analysis the product standards and applicability of Chinese city product standards and village product standards. The Study determined the generation of technical standards projects （content identification, scoping techniques, methods to determine the characteristic properties） and important grading method, and build the standard system-level approach, the standard system architecture and thepreparation direction and scope.
