摘  要:为了解决某油田活跃沥青层造成钻井复杂情况的难题,在A井、C井分别应用了恒定井底压力控压钻井技术和加压泥浆帽控压钻井技术,对控压钻进、控压接立柱时的回压施加方式和井底压力变化、加压泥浆帽钻进的施工工艺进行了介绍。通过对施工工艺的描述,分析了气侵对钻井液密度和井底压力的影响,对加压泥浆帽施工过程中的参数变化、现象进行了分析和判断;根据施工参数分析和温度测井结果解释,分析了漏失层层位;结合地质研究成果和沥青层地层压力测试数据,分析了沥青层的成因和沥青层压力,总结了解决沥青侵造成复杂的3种方案。这为下一步的施工提供了经验,指出了需要研究的方向。In order to solve the drilling challenge caused by asphalt influx in X Oilfield, constant bottom hole pressure MPD and pressurized mud cap drilling are applied in Well A and Well C. Technologies—MPD operation process, backpressure generated method and bottom hole pressure change, operation procedure of pressured mud cap drilling —are introduced. The gas kick effect on the drilling fluid density and bottom hole pressure, the parameters and phenomenon of the pressured mud cap drilling operation are also analyzed. Based on the parameters and temperature logging, the depth of loss zone is evaluated. Using the geological research results and pressure test data, the genesis and pressure of asphalt formation are analyzed, three methods to solve the asphalt influx challenge are proposed, which offers an useful experience for the future drilling.
