细菌感染患者应用降钙素原与C-反应蛋白联合检测的评价

摘　　要：目的研究降钙素原(PCT)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测对细菌感染患者应用的效果。方法选择2013年3月-2014年10月医院内科收治的57例细菌感染患者作为观察组,另选择同期在医院接受治疗的57例无感染患者为对照组,抽取所有受试者的外周静脉血,比较两组受试者的PCT与CRP浓度及阳性率,并观察细菌感染患者治疗前后PCT与CRP浓度变化,采用SPSS11.5软件对数据进行统计分析。结果观察组患者的CRP(46.13±8.24)mg/L、PCT(6.61±3.45)μg/L水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的CRP和PCT阳性率分别为71.93%和91.23%显著高于对照组的14.04%和12.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗2d、3d及出院前的CRP和PCT浓度与治疗前相比,明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌感染患者应用PCT、CRP联合作为感染程度检测的标志物,值得临床广泛推广使用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of procalcitonin （PCT ） and C‐reactive protein （CRP） combined detec‐tion in treating bacterial infections .METHODS A total of 57 cases with bacterial infections from Mar .2013 to Oct . 2014 were chosen as the observation group .In the same period ,57 cases of non‐infected patients were chosen as control group .The peripheral venous blood of all subjects was extracted .PCT and CRP levels and infection rates of the two groups were compared and the changes of PCT and CRP levels before and after treatments in the obser‐vation group were compared .All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 11 .5 software .RESULTS In the obser‐vation group ,CRP was （46 .13 ± 8 .24）mg/L ,PCT was（6 .61 ± 3 .45）μg/L ,which were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0 .05） .The positive rate of CRP was 71 .93% and PCT was 91 .23% in the observation group ,which were significantly higher than those of the control group of 71 .93% and 91 .23% （P〈0 .05） .After 2 days and 3 days of treatments ,the CRP and PCT level of the observation group decreased significantly compared with the levels before the treatments（P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The application of PCT and CRP for marks of the infection degree can be promoted in clinical practices .
