摘　　要：目的分析ICU患者导管相关性感染的目标性监测结果,以降低相关性感染发病率。方法选择2012年1月-2014年12月医院收治的1 527例ICU患者进行研究,分析比较患者导管感染率、导管留置使用率及导管留置相关感染率。结果患者3年导管感染率分别为20.20%、14.75%、10.02%,呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者呼吸机使用率逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中心静脉置管使用率比较,差异无统计学意义;导尿管使用率逐年下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3年呼吸机感染率分别为18.18%、8.50%、5.58%,呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中心静脉置管感染率分别为13.62%、5.39%、4.60%,呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);留置导尿管感染率,差异无统计学意义。结论 ICU监护中应对3种导管的使用进行干预管理,以降低ICU相关性感染的发病率。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the targeted monitoring of catheter‐related infections in general ICU ward so as to reduce the incidence of ICU related infections .METHODS Totally 1527 patients in the general ICU ward from Jan .2012 to Dec .2014 in our hospital were researched .Analysis and comparison of infection rate ,catheter usage rate ,catheter‐related infection rate were conducted .RESULTS In the year 2012 ,2013 and 2014 ,the infection rates were 20 .20% ,14 .75% ,10 .02% ,respectively ,which showed a significantly downward trend ,there was （P〈0 . 001） .Ventilator usage was increased significantly year by year （P〈0 .001） .There was no significant difference in the central venous catheter usage rate .Catheter usage was declined significantly year by year （P〈0 .05） .In the 3 years ,the ventilator infection rate was 18 .18% ,8 .50% ,5 .59% ,respectively ,which showed a significantly downward trend （P〈0 .05） .The central venous catheter infection rate was 13 .64% ,5 .39% ,4 .60% ,respec‐tively ,which showed a significantly downward trend （P〈0 .05） .There was no significant difference in the cathe‐ter infection rate .CONCLUSION Intervention management should be performed for the usage of ventilator ,central venous catheters and catheter ,so as to reduce the incidence of ICU related infections .
