宫颈癌前病变伴HPV高危型感染患者膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液治疗宫颈癌前病变伴人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)高危型感染的疗效研究,以提高治疗效果。方法选取2013年10月-2014年10月医院收治的74例宫颈癌前病变伴HPV高危型感染患者进行研究分析,采用随机、双盲的方法分为观察组43例和对照组31例,观察组采用静脉滴注的方式给予膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液进行治疗,对照组采用重组人干扰素α2β栓进行治疗,结束治疗后,对两组患者的HPV转阴率及治疗疗效进行对比分析。结果在治疗两个月后,观察组HPV转阴率为97.67%,明显高于对照组45.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在经过治疗之后,对两组患者治疗疗效进行对比分析,结果显示,观察组患者的痊愈率、有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液进行治疗可以有效提高HPV的转阴率,提高治疗的疗效,且无明显不良反应,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of foscarnet sodium and sodium chloride injection on treatment of cer‐vical precancerous lesions patients complicated with high‐risk human papillomavirus （HPV） infection so as to im‐prove the therapeutic effect .METHODS A total of 74 cervical precancerous lesion patients complicated with high‐risk HPV infection who were treated in the hospital from Oct 2013 to Oct 2014 were enrolled in the study and di‐vided into the observation group with 43 cases and the control group with 31 cases by using randomized ,double‐blind method .The observation group was treated with intravenous drip of foscarnet sodium and sodium chloride injection ,while the control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2β suppository .The negative rates of HPV and curative effect were observed and compared between the two groups after the treatment . RESULTS After the treatment for two months ,the negative rate of HPV of the observation group was 97 .67% , significantly higher than 45 .16% of the control group （P〈0 .05） .The comparative analysis of the curative effect showed that the cure rate and effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The foscarnet sodium and sodium chloride injection can effectively raise the negative rate of HPV and improve the curative effect ,without significant adverse reactions to be induced ,and it is a safe and effective treatment method .
