摘　　要：代谢组学在中药药效物质及作用机制研究中具有独特优势,现已成为国内外研究的新热点。本文主要综述了近年来代谢组学技术在中药治疗冠心病的药效物质及作用机制研究中的应用,并对其存在的问题进行讨论与展望。Metabonomics has unique advantages in the study of efficacy material base and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,thus it has become a new research hotspot. This paper summarizes the application of metabonomics in the study of efficacy material base and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease in recent years,the existing problems are discussed,and the future trend in this field is looked ahead.
