摘　　要：目的:分析医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的使用数据,探讨医疗机构青光眼治疗药物使用结构的发展趋势。方法:通过对全国690家医疗机构药品购销数据的处理,分析医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的使用现状及使用结构;选取赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数(HHI)与集中曲线这两个指标,对医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的市场集中度进行分析。结果:医疗机构青光眼治疗药物使用金额及使用量整体呈现上升趋势,其中前列腺素类药物使用金额(占比)及使用量(占比)均呈现明显的上升趋势,而非前列腺素类药物使用金额及使用量略有所上升,使用金额占比及使用量占比均呈现下降趋势;医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的产品集中度较高,并逐年上升;医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的产品集中度较高。结论:医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的使用趋于集中,前列腺素类药物在青光眼治疗药物中扮演日益重要的角色。Objective： To analyze the data of anti-glaucoma drugs and explore the development trend of anti-glaucoma drugs in medical institutions. Methods： The purchase and sale data of 690 nationwide medical institutions was analyzed in aspect of the status and constitution of anti-glaucoma drugs. Besides,Herfindahl-Hirschman Index（ HHI） and market concentration curve were used to reflect the market concentration rate of anti-glaucoma drugs in medical institutions. Results： The expense and amount of anti-glaucoma drugs in medical institutions showed a general upward trend,in which the expense（ share） and amount（ share） of prostaglandin drugs presented obvious upward trend,while the expense and amount of non-prostaglandin drugs increased slightly and the expense share and amount share of non-prostaglandin drugs showed a downward trend. The manufacturers of antiglaucoma drugs highly concentrated and the degree of concentraion increased year by year. Besides,the product concentration of anti-glaucoma drugs used in medical institutions was in a relatively high degree. Conclusion： Anti-glaucoma drugs used in medical institutions show a concentration tendency,and prostaglandin drugs play a more and more important role in glaucoma medications.
