眼药水使用配合提示卡在眼部用药中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察眼药水使用配合提示卡在眼部用药中的临床应用效果.方法 选取2014年3至6月我院眼科住院治疗的患者216例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组102例患者采用传统眼药水使用方法,观察组114例患者则采用提示卡配合眼药水使用,比较两组患者眼药水保管质量、患者滴眼药水平均时间、不良事件发生率及患者满意度评分差异.结果 观察组患者滴眼药水平均时间为（5.8±1.3）s,治疗期间发生不良事件发生率为1.8％,均明显低于对照组患者的滴眼药水平均时间及不良事件发生率[（11.9±6.3）s,20.6％],P〈0.05;观察组患者在眼药水浪费等眼药水保管质量上及患者满意度评分方面均较对照组患者具有明显优势,P〈 0.05.结论 眼药水配合提示卡不仅提高了眼药水的保管质量,降低了治疗期间的不良事件发生率,在临床眼部用药中具有重要意义.Objective To observe the effect of effect of eye drops combined with cue cards on eye treatment.Methods 216 patients hospitalized into our hospital from March, 2014 to June, 2014 were selected and randomly divided into a control group （n=102） and an observation group （n=114）.The control group conventionally used eye drops;the observation group use eye drops being cued by cards.The keeping quality of eye drops, the average time of using eye drops, the incidence of adverse events, and the patients＇ satisfaction score were compared between these two groups.Results The mean time of using eye drops was （5.8±1.3） s and （11.9±6.3） s and the incidence of adverse events was 1.8% and 20.6% in the observation group and the control group, respectively （P〈0.05）.The keeping quality of eye drops and the patients＇ satisfaction score were better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Eye drops combined with cue cards not only improves the keeping quality of eye drops, but also reduce the incidence of adverse events during treatment, so it is importantly meaningful in clinical eye medication.
