团队技能训练对社区精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨团队技能训练模式对社区精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将76例社区精神分裂症患者分为干预组和对照组,2组患者均给予常规康复训练,干预组接受为期5周的团队技能训练。在干预前后用社会功能缺陷筛选表(SDSS)进行评价。结果:干预组患者训练后SDSS量表总分(从第1周至第5周依次为15.76±2.75,13.87±2.50,12.18±2.39,11.06±2.46,10.16±2.64)与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在常规药物治疗的基础上结合团队技能训练能有效改善社区精神分裂症患者的社会功能,提高日常生活技能,团队技能训练值得在社区推广、应用。[Objective]To investigate the influence of team skills training model for community social function in patients with schizophrenia. [Method]With Random number table,76 cases with schizophrenic were divided into community intervention group and control group. Two groups were given conventional rehabilitation and the intervention group were received a five-week team skills training. Before and after the intervention,evaluation was carried out with Social Disability Screening table（ SDSS） rating scales. [Result]After were trained,SDSS total score of intervention group,from the first week to the first five weeks,were： 15. 76 ± 2. 75,13. 87 ± 2. 50,12. 18 ± 2. 39,11. 06 ± 2. 46 and 10. 16 ± 2. 64,respectively. Compared with the control group,there were significant differences（ P 0. 01）. [Conclusion]Combined with conventional drug therapy,team skills training can effectively improve community social function in schizophrenia patients and improve daily living skills. Team skills training is worthy of ptomoting and applying in the community.
