国外高校图书馆数字资源采访困境及解决策略案例探析

摘　　要：电子期刊是图书馆馆藏建设的重点,但其逐年增长的采购成本困扰和制约着国内外图书馆的发展。分析了国外图书馆电子期刊交易困境,并对具有代表性的UO和SIUC图书馆的应对实践进行评介,最后提出建议。Electronic journals are very important for building the library material collection, but the purchasing cost in- creasing year by year restricts the development of libraries both at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the foreign library e-journals acquisition dilemma, introduces and discusses the practices of the library of UO and SIUC to provide theoretical and practical supports for cope with big deal dilemma of domestic libraries.
