摘　　要：通过网站对天津53所高校图书馆的CALIS联合虚拟参考咨询服务开展情况进行调查,发现服务存在的一些问题,并针对性地提出推进该项服务开展的建议,如多渠道加强服务宣传、开展全方位的协作服务、以强大的互动性吸引用户等。This paper surveys CALIS collaborative virtual reference service of 53 university libraries in Tianjin by using website survey research method. Based on the survey, it finds out some problems and then puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of the service. The suggestion is publicizing the service through multi- ple channels, carrying out a collaborative service comprehensively, attracting users with strong interactivity.
