摘　　要：电子文献的传递比重在图书馆的资源建设中逐年增多,图书馆文献传递服务中的版权风险也随之增加。以电子文献传递服务的模式和特征为基点,分析电子文献传递服务中存在的版权风险,提出规避文献传递版权风险的路径。The proportion of the transmission of electronic documents in the library resources construction is increasing year by year, corresponding library literature transmission service copyright risk is also increased. Based on the mode and feature of electronic document delivery service, the copyright risk in the delivery service is analyzed, and the route to avoid the risk of copyright risk is presented.
