摘　　要：目的了解江苏省农村留守妇女心理健康现状及其影响因素,推动新农村的和谐发展。方法采取分层随机抽样方法,采用自行设计问卷和SCL-90对江苏省825名农村留守妇女进行调查。结果江苏省农村留守妇女SCL-90各因子得分高,心理异常率为40.00%,其心理健康状况比全国常模、三省区成年女性及江苏常模差(P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归显示,江苏省农村留守妇女心理健康的影响因素有文化程度、劳动时间、空闲时间、婆媳关系、丈夫回家频率。结论江苏省农村留守妇女心理健康状况较差,文化程度低、劳动时间长、空闲时间短、婆媳关系不好、丈夫回家频率低的留守妇女的心理健康状况更差。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the mental health status and influencing factors among rural left-behind women in Jiangsu, in order to promote the development of the new countryside harmoniously. Methods Eight hundred and twenty-five rural left-behind women were selected by the stratified random sampling method and were investigated by the self-designed questionnaires and SCL-90. Results The data of SCL-90 for rural left-behind women in Jiangsu was high, and the abnormal rate was 40%. The mental health status of rural left-behind women in Jiangsu was worse than the national normal level,the adult women in other three provinces, and the normal level of Jiangsu（P〈0.001）. In multivariate analysis, the main influencing factors consisted the level of education, time of labor, time of leisure, feeling with mother-in-law, and frequency of husband＇s going home. Conclusion The mental health status of rural left-behind women in Jiangsu was very bad. It was worse for the rural left-behind women if they had lower degree of education, more time of labor, less time of leisure, worse relation to mother-in-law,and lower frequency of husband＇s going home.
