摘　　要：目的 评价山东省预防接种信息系统（Immunization Information System,IIS）1~7岁儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率,为该系统在接种率监测中的应用提供参考依据。方法 对山东省IIS收集的1~7岁儿童接种个案分年龄组、分地区、分户籍类型进行疫苗接种率分析。结果 山东省IIS共收集1~7岁儿童个案8 049 733例;12月龄、24月龄、5岁和7岁应种疫苗接种率分别为93.35%~98.39%、88.47%~91.37%、75.08%~84.13%、52.87%~62.73%;莱芜、临沂、聊城、菏泽等市接种率处于全省较低水平;流动儿童接种率明显低于常住儿童。结论 山东省免疫规划工作呈逐年加强趋势;24月龄以上年龄组、鲁西南和流动儿童是预防接种管理重点;在加强数据质量控制前提下,可利用IIS进行接种率监测与评价。Objective This study was aimed to assess the immunization coverage rate of children from one to seven years old by analyzing the data from immunization information system（IIS）, so as to provide references for vaccination rate monitoring using IIS.Methods The data of children from one to seven years old registered in IIS was analyzed and immunization coverage rate was calculated by different ages, districts and immigration status. Results A total of 8, 049, 733 children were registered in Shandong IIS. The rate of vaccination for groups ≤12 months, ≤24 months, ≤5 years and ≤7 years were 93.35% ~98.39%, 88.47%~91.37%, 75.08%~84.13% and 52.87%~62.73%, respectively. Vaccination rate was lower in Laiwu, Linyi, Liaocheng and Heze.Coverage rate for migrant children was lower than that for permanent residents. Conclusion NIP in Shandong was improving year by year. The immunization management work should be focus on children above 24 months, living at southwest of Shandong province and migrant children. Using IIS to assess the immunization coverage rate was feasible on the premise of good quality control.
