摘　　要：目的运用Delphi法构建武警官兵健康素养评价指标。方法依据Delphi法选取22位专家并对其进行问卷调查。结果专家的平均年龄为(36.64±5.36)岁,平均从事专业年限为(13.86±6.04)年,45.5%的专家为硕士及以上学历;2轮咨询表回收率均在90.0%以上,专家的权威程度系数为0.88。经过2轮咨询后,专家的协调系数为0.262,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。根据指标筛选标准,最终筛选出了33个评价武警官兵健康素养的指标。结论专家选取符合要求,积极性较高,权威程度、意见的集中程度和协调程度较好,筛选出的指标能够较好地反映武警官兵的实际需求,符合构建武警部队官兵健康素养评价指标的需要。Objective The objective of the study was to establish the evaluation indicators of health literacy for armed forces personnel by using the Delphi method. Methods 22 experts were selected for a questionnaire survey according to the Delphi method. Results The average age of the experts was 36.64±5.36, with their average work year being 13.86±6.04. 45.5% of the experts hold a master＇s degree or higher. The return rates of consultation sheets for two rounds of consultation were higher than90.0%, and the authority coefficient of the experts were 0.88. After the two rounds of consultation, the coordination coefficient of the experts was 0.262 and difference in coordination coefficient between the two rounds was statistical significance（P〈0.001）.According to the screening criteria, a total of 33 indicators reflecting the health literacy of armed forces personnel were finally selected. Conclusion Selection of the experts was in compliance with the standards. The experts are highly active and authoritive,and their opinions are unified and coordinated. The screened indicators can better reflect the actual requirements of armed forces personnel and are suitable for evaluating the level of health literacy among the armed forces.
