摘 要:目的对江西省2000-2011年分离的霍乱弧菌进行毒力相关基因检测,在分子水平上了解霍乱弧菌毒力基因的分布特点以及流行和变迁规律。方法采用PCR方法对239株霍乱弧菌进行ctx A、ace、zot、tcp A、rtx A和cri基因检测。结果在239株霍乱弧菌中,共表现出15种毒力基因携带类型,其中病例分离株,带菌者和环境调查分离株分别有7种,6种和3种基因携带类型,以6种基因全部携带为主,携带率分别为76.09%(35/46),81.82%(27/33),83.33%(20/24),而外环境霍乱监测中霍乱弧菌毒力基因携带则有13种毒力基因携带型,呈现多样性。结论霍乱弧菌中6种毒力基因的携带情况呈现多态性,病例相关分离株的毒力基因携带率高于外环境监测分离株。Objective The aim of this study was to detect virulence genetic profiles among Vibrio cholerae isolates from Jiangxi province between 2000 and 2011. Methods Detection of ctx A, ace, zot, tcp A, rtx A and cri genes among 239 V. cholerae isolates was performed by PCR. Results Among 239 strains of Vibrio cholerae, there were 15 different types of virulence genes carried. The isolates from patients, carriers and environmental investigation showed 7, 6 and 3 types of virulence genes carried respectively. The rate of all six genes being positive was dominant with 76.09%(35/46), 81.82%(27/33), 83.33%(20/24) respectively. The isolates from routine environmental monitoring showed 13 different types and presented diversity. Conclusion There were polymorphic virulence gene profiles among V. cholerae isolates. The carrier rate of virulence genes from patient isolates was higher than that of samples from routine environmental monitoring.
