摘　　要：目的 了解九江市常规免疫接种率监测情况,评价常规免疫疫苗接种数据的报告质量。方法 通过报告接种率、估算接种率、差值（D值）、比值（R值）等指标的统计,对九江市接种率监测情况进行分析评价。结果2011-2012年九江市免疫规划疫苗报告接种率均〉98%,估算接种率为77.24%~104.27%之间,其中白破疫苗（DT）和A＋C流脑疫苗（Men AC）估算接种率偏低;D值评价除DT和Men AC为“不可信”、2011年麻腮风疫苗（MMR）为“可疑”外,其他均为“可信”;R值评价显示乙肝疫苗（Hep B）和卡介苗（BCG）的应种儿童统计高于其他疫苗,其他基础免疫疫苗可信程度较高。结论 九江市2011-2012年常规免疫接种报告质量总体较好,大部分疫苗接种率维持在较高水平,需进一步提高白破疫苗、A＋C流脑疫苗等加强免疫疫苗的接种率;各县区应准确掌握辖区内出生和应种人数,以提高接种数据报告质量。Objective This work was to investigate the status of the routine immunization coverage in Jiujiang, so as to evaluate the monitoring data quality of routine immunization coverage. Methods The reported data of vaccination rate was used to analyze vaccination rate, difference（D） and ratio（R） for the evaluation of the routine immunization coverage in Jiujiang. Results The reported vaccination rates of vaccines included in routine immunization were all more than 98%, and the estimated vaccination rates varied from 77.24%~104.27%, with low rates of DT and Men AC. The evaluation of D values between reported rates and estimated ones indicated that the data were reliable except those of DT and Men AC（unreliable） and MMR in 2011（doubtful）. The analysis of R values showed that the relatively larger targeted children population of Hep B and BCG vaccination indicated that the data of Hep B and BCG vaccination were less reliable than other vaccines. Conclusion The monitoring data quality of routine immunization coverage was generally good. The vaccination rates of most routine immunization vaccines were kept at a high level while the rates of＇booster＇ vaccination should be further increased. In order to improve the routine immunization coverage, every county and district should accurately monitor the birth and target population.
