摘  要:【目的】推进科技期刊数字化进程和创新发展。【方法】将互联网思维应用到办刊业务中,梳理出一条思维指导路线。通过调研科技期刊全流程数字化的现状,分析问题和需求,政策设计和平台建设相结合,利用大数据分析和移动互联技术,建设一个较为全面的科技期刊数字化业务平台。【结果】该平台紧紧围绕办刊的核心业务,以提高学术内容创新,满足用户需求为导向,注重参与互动和体验,在聚集学术信息资源、优化和规范办刊流程、拓宽传播途径、开展増值服务方面提供了具体可行的解决方案。【结论】新平台将会促进科技期刊的数字化业务,协助编辑更好地加强学术内容建设,提高服务质量,扩大学术影响力。[Purposes] The objective of this paper is to promote the digital process and innovation development of scientific journals. [Methods] The Internet thinking was applied to the workflow and we tease out a thinking guidance route. Through the digital status research of the whole process, problem-and-need analysis, policy design and platform construction, and by using big data and mobile Internet technology, we designed a digital platform for scientific journals. [ Findings] The platform focus around the journal's core workflow is to improve academic innovation, to meet users' demand, to pay attention to interaction and experience. It provides specific and feasible solutions in gathering the academic information resources, optimizing and standardizing the process of work, widening the way of dissemination, carrying out value-added service. [ Conclusions] The new platform will promote the digital workflow of scientific journals, help editors to strengthen the construction of academic contents, improve the quality of service, and expand the academic influence.
