民族药驱虫斑鸠菊中绿原酸的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立民族药驱虫斑鸠菊的质量标准,测定驱虫斑鸠菊中绿原酸的含量。方法采用HPLC进行测定,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸（10∶90）为流动相,紫外检测波长为327 nm。结果本法所采用的绿原酸的含量测定线性范围为0.06~1.2μg。平均回收率为100.78%,RSD为1.78%（n=6）。结论本文所建立的方法简便、灵敏、专属性强,为民族药驱虫斑鸠菊的质量评价提供了有效的方法。Objective To establish the quality standard for the Vernonia anthelmintica Willd. Methods Chlorogenic acid of the Vernonia anthelmintica Willd was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were： The mobile phase was methyl Cyanides-0.4%phosphoric acid（10∶90）, detection wave length of UV was 327 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid is 0.06 ~ 1.2 μg. The average recovery was 100.78%, RSD was 1.78%（n =6）.Conclusions The method was convenient,sensitive accurate and exclusive. It can control the quality of the Vernonia anthelmintica Willd.
