摘　　要：目的研究应用根本原因分析法对围手术期预防用抗菌药物的干预效果。方法收集我院2012年954份手术病历,与干预后2013年的978份手术病历进行对比,分析干预成果。结果临床药师应用根本原因分析法参与外科围手术期预防用抗菌药物使用后,抗菌药物选择和预防用药时机和疗程趋于合理,抗菌药物使用率及不合理率下降明显。结论根本原因分析法对围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的干预效果显著。Objective To study the application of root cause analysis of perioperative prevention with the intervention effect of antimicrobial drugs. Methods To collect 954 surgical medical records in our hospital, and after the intervention were compared with 978 surgical cases in 2013,analysis of intervention results. Results The bacterial drug selection and prophylaxis, treatment time and tend are more reasonable,also antibacterial drug usage and unreasonable rate decreased obviously after surgical perioperative preventive use of antimicrobial agents with the clinical pharmacists to participate in root cause analysis method. Conclusion Root cause analysis of perioperative prevention using antibacterial drug intervention effect is remarkable.
