摘 要:为了解军校学员入学初期的适应水平及其与人格特质、应对风格等变量的相关性,从某军校入学刚半年的新生中随机抽取127名学员,使用心理测量工具对其进行测量与分析。结果显示:(1)学员社会适应性总体良好,但个体差异较大;(2)新生入校后,外向性格者、情绪稳定者、掩饰性得分较高者更容易适应军校环境;(3)学员的应对风格对其适应性和情绪状态具有普遍影响。建议在保障学员学习与训练任务完成的同时,加强心理支持系统建设,特别是要关注内向自控型学员的心理健康问题。In order to estimate the influence of variables as personality traits and stress coping style on the social adaptability of new cadets,this paper examines 127 students randomly chosen from a military academy( all of whom have been recruited for no more than half a year) and makes analysis by using the psychological measurement survey and tools. The results are as follows:( 1) Overall,the new cadets have well adapted to the new situation,but there are significant individual differences;( 2) It is easier for those who are extrovert,emotional stable and score high in questions concerning pretension to adapt themselves;( 3) The cadets' protective mechanisms have a significant impact on their adaptability and emotional state. Therefore,this paper suggests that efforts should be made to build a system of psychological support and carry out various extra-curriculum activities to help new recruits to adjust themselves; special attention should be given to the mental health of those who are introvert; effective measures should be taken to help new cadets quickly adapt themselves to their new roles.
