摘　　要：为探讨父亲缺失对大学生人格的影响,采用明尼苏达多项人格量表(MMPI)和自编一般情况调查表,随机抽取浙江省某高职院校大学生445人进行调查。结果表明:父亲外出组Si分量表得分高于母亲外出组;父亲粗暴者组D、Pd、Mf、Pa、Sc、Si分量表得分均高于教育者组;父亲亲切组Pd、Pt、Sc分量表得分低于平淡疏远组,Si分量表得分低于父亲不满组。可见,缺少父亲的教育、关心和爱护,会对孩子的性别认同、人际交往甚至精神分裂性人格带来严重影响。Objective： To study the personality of college students of father absence. Methods： 445 students randomly selected from a higher vocational college in Zhejiang province were tested by MMPI. Results： Si on MMPI in father-out were higher than mother-out.D、Pd、Mf、Pa、Sc and Si in rudeness-type were higher than teacher-type. Pd、Pt and Sc in kindness were lower than alienation.Conclusions： The effects of father absence on students＇ sex role development,interpersonal relationships even schizophrenic personality are senious.
