我国照护者健康教育对老年痴呆病人生存质量影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：[目的]系统评价照护者健康教育对老年痴呆病人生存质量影响的效果。[方法]通过检索国内数据库中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库和中国期刊全文数据库(CJFD)有关照护者健康教育对老年痴呆病人生存质量影响的文献,并且按照Meta分析方法对其进行定量综合分析,比较健康教育后的效果。[结果]共纳入4篇随机对照实验(RCT)研究,共284例病人。Meta分析显示,对老年痴呆病人的照护者进行相应的健康教育,对于病人的身体功能[WMD=0.22,95%CI(0.13,0.32),P<0.000 01]、角色功能[WMD=0.35,95%CI(0.25,0.45),P<0.000 01]、情绪功能[WMD=0.69,95%CI(0.36,1.02),P<0.000 01]、社会功能[WMD=0.17,95%CI(0.07,0.28),P<0.001]、总体生活质量[WMD=1.05,95%CI(0.79,1.31),P<0.000 01]都有改善。[结论]在我国对老年痴呆病人照护者进行健康教育可以有效提高病人的生存质量。Objective：To evaluate the influence of health education for the caregivers on quality of life of senile dementia patients in China. Methods. Such databases as CNKI, VIP, Chinese Academic Journal and Chinese Journal Fulltext Database were searched for literatures on the influence of health education for the senile dementia patients caregivers on their quality of life,and then to carry out the comprehensive quantitative analysis for them in accordance with Metaanalysis method, then to compare the effect after health education. Results. Four randomized controlled trials （RCT） and totally 284 patients were included. Meta analysis showed that health education for the senile dementia patients caregivers had a greater improvement effect for the patients body function[WMD = 0.22, 95% CI（0. 13, 0. 32）, P〈0. 000 01], role function[WMD= 0. 35,95% CI（0. 25,0. 45）, P〈 0.000 01],emotional function[WMD= 0.69,95%CI（0.36,1.02）,P〈0.000 01] social function [WMD=0. 17,95% CI（0. 07,0.28）,P〈0. 001] and the overall quality of life [WMD=I. 05,95%CI（0.79,1.31）,P〈0. 000 01]. Conclusion; The senile dementia patients quality of life can be improved a lot after the health education for their caregivers. It is worth being popularized.
