摘 要:某铝厂引进的热精轧机组采用一种新型监控AGC(automatic gauge control)系统,其厚差分配策略在厚差修正过程中是动态变化的.本文在依据轧制理论推导出合理厚差分配规则的基础上,结合新型监控AGC的控制策略,推导出控制器可以直接使用的厚差分配系数的计算公式,解决厚差分配系数无法适应轧制铝合金牌号的变化从而进行合理厚差再分配的问题.最后,将改进的厚差分配系数应用于轧制不同规格铝板带的监控AGC系统中,结果表明,改进的厚差分配系数能够适应轧制铝合金牌号的变化,使新型监控AGC在保持轧制力分配比例不变的情况下进行合理厚差再分配以利于板形控制,充分发挥新型监控AGC合理厚差再分配的特性.A new monitor automatic gauge control (AGC) system is applied to a hot finishing mill in an aluminum plant, using thickness deviation distribution strategies that are dynamic during the process of correcting thick- ness deviation. Based on the distribution rule for reasonable thickness deviation deduced from the roiling theo- ry combined with the control strategy for the new monitor AGC system, we deduce a calculation formula for thickness deviation distribution coefficients. This formula is directly used by a controller to solve a problem in which the thickness deviation distribution coefficients cannot fit the variation in rolled aluminum alloy grades to provide a reasonable thickness deviation redistribution. We apply the improved thickness deviation distribu- tion coefficients in the new monitor AGC system for rolling strips with different specifications. The results show that the improved coefficients can adapt to the change in roiled aluminum alloy grades, thereby enabling the new monitor AGC system to provide reasonable thickness deviation redistribution for facilitating shape con- trol based on the maintenance of the distribution ratio of the rolling force constant. This approach takes full advantage of the reasonable thickness deviation redistribution of the new monitor AGC system.
