摘　　要：高校毕业生实现自主创业,对缓解政府就业压力,促进本国经济发展和加快全面建成小康社会进程具有极其重要的现实意义。但当前,我国高校毕业生创业能力仍不适应社会发展需要,因此,应通过创业教育、改革高校人才培养模式等方式培养和提高其创业能力;促进立法,构建有利于高校毕业生自主创业的法律保障机制。The realization of being self-employed by graduates of colleges and universities is of greatly important practical significance in coping with the government employment stress,promoting our country’s economic development and quickening the process of overall building a well-to-do society.However,at present,the self-employed ability of our country’s graduates of colleges and universities is still not adapted to needs of the social development.Therefore,it should cultivate and improve their self-employed ability by the self-employed education,reforming cultivation modes of talents of colleges and universities and so on,and promote legislation and construct legal ensuring mechanisms which contribute to graduates of colleges and universities being self-employed.
