高校知识女性维权路径探析——兼论工会的维权职能

摘　　要：女性在社会中的地位是衡量社会文明程度的标尺。虽然现代女性的独立自主性已大大增强,但现实中仍有诸多侵害女性权益的情况,甚至在人才云集的高校亦是如此。高校工会有维护女性权益之责,可以通过多种途径反映女性诉求,尤其是在捍卫女性生育权方面应该有所作为。具体途径包括:呼吁立法保障女性职工权益,寻求第三方介入;建构完善的保障机制,发挥女性职工的主观能动性;搭建交流互动平台,引导女性职工有序参与;与社会互信互通,建立整体服务网络。Women＇s status in society is a measure of the degree of social civilization.Modem women are more and more stand on their own,hut there are still many infringements of women＇s fights,even in the eoUeges and universities in which there gathered so many talents.The labor union of colleges and universities has the responsibility of safeguarding women＇s rights,it can reflect demands of women though a variety of ways,especially in the fields of defending the re- productive fights of women.The specific ways include：to call for legislation to safeguard the rights and interests of fe- male workers,and for third party invention;to build a perfect protection mechanism,in order to give play to subjective initiative of female workers;to build interactive platform to guide orderly participation of female workers;to exchange with the society and to build integrated service network.
