摘　　要：葛根素是中药葛根的主要有效成分,临床上多应用于心脑血管疾病的治疗,但葛根素的水溶性和脂溶性均较差,生物利用度较低,制约了临床应用。对葛根素进行结构修饰,是改进其溶解性和生物利用度的有效方法。本文综述了葛根素结构修饰的研究进展,介绍了葛根素衍生物制备的思路方法,以期为葛根素类药物的开发提供参考。Puerarin,as one of the important active components of the traditional Chinese medicine Pueraria lobata（Wild） Ohwi, is applied clinically for cardiovascular diseases. But Puerarin has bad solubility of the water solubility and fat solubility and low bioavailability,which restrict the clinical application.It is an efficient method by the structure modification to improve the solubility and bioavailability of puerarin. This review summarize a variety of structure modification of puerarin and describe the methods of preparation of puerarin derivatives,it can offer some reference to develop puerarin drug.
